The Society of Manufacturing Engineers is a non-profit organization with chapters across the United States that are dedicated to the development of professional relationships and industry principals. SME helps manufacturers innovate, grow and prosper by promoting manufacturing technology, developing a skilled workforce and connecting the manufacturing industry.

North Texas Chapter No. 51, serves as an extension of SME for those in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and is comprised of leaders and members passionate about connecting, growing, and encouraging others.
